We measure, assess drainage, and help you choose colours + layout options.
4️⃣ Permeable Rubber Base & Binder Mixed On-Site
Recycled rubber granules are mixed with a UV-stable binder to form a flexible wet-pour mix.
2️⃣ Remove Old Surface & Prepare Sub-Base
Existing material is lifted and a compacted MOT Type 1 stone base is installed.
5️⃣ Smooth Rubber Crumb Applied
The mixture is hand-trowelled to your chosen depth and finish for a seamless, cushioned surface.
3️⃣ Install Strong Edge Detail
Various different types of edging is fitted to contain the surface and keep the finish neat + long-lasting.
Curing & Final Sign-Off
Walkable within 24 hours — we check every detail and leave your space spotless.
